5.13 PSA - Tenancy Level Integration (MSP)
Here’s how you can use the MSP-level integration:
Navigate to the Tenancy page, then click Add Organisation to include all organizations under the tenancy. If this is already done Skip the step.
Clicking MSP drop Down
Click Tenancy
Click on Add Organisation
If Tenancy does not exist Create One from the page.
Once all organisations are added to the tenancy, go to the PSA Integration page and select the Integrate MSP Level option.
Note:The Integrate MSP Level feature can only be used if at least one PSA integration is already completed for an organization within the tenancy.
If no organization is not in the tenancy, you’ll need to first add the organisation to the tenancy, complete its Actual PSA integration from the PSA Integration Page for the organisation, and then proceed to map the organisations to their respective Clients/Tenants/Customers in PSA using the Integrate MSP Level option.
The other organisations which you want to map should also be added in the Tenancy.
This method will help streamline the process and save you time by avoiding individual integrations for each organization.
