ServiceDeskPlus (Manage Engine) Integration Documentation

Credentials Requirements:

• ApiUrl:
  Select the ApiUrl from the available Url's corresponding to the data centre

• ClientId

• Client Secret

• AuthorizationCode

  • You can obtain ClientId , ClientSecret and AuthorizationCode from the https://api-console.zoho.com/,

  • After logging in you can select the Application, then Go to Client Secret Tab to get the ClientSecret and ClientId

  • In the Generate Code Tab you need to enter the scope: SDPOnDemand.requests.ALL and  Time Duration 10 minutes

  • Then press Create to get the authorizationcode
