Credentials Requirements:

  • Domain:
    Please enter only the unique subdomain for your organisation, without the "https://" or ".freshservice.com". For example, if your organisation’s URL is https://roboshadow.freshservice.com/, you should enter only roboshadow.

  • Requester Email:
    The email address of the requester (e.g., "paul.johnson@roboshadow.com").

  • API Key:
    The API key for authentication.

To Get the API key - go to ProfileSetting in Freshservice
