Setting up Cyber Heal

1. Log into the RoboShadow portal Portal

Open

2. Then click “Agent” at the top and then select “Cyber Heal”

3. Once you have done this, you will be greeted with a dashboard like below:

4. Once you’re in the portal, you will have an option of ‘manage’, click ‘manage’ and you will then be greeted with a pop up for licenses.

5. In this pop up, you can add as may licenses as required, you can do this by typing in the required amount or manually clicking the plus icon. Once you have added the required number of licenses, click continue.

6. If you already have a payment method added to your account, it will automatically process through, If not, you will need to add a payment card for the purchase to go through.

7. To assign a license to a machine, click the circled icon under ‘control.’ You will know a device is licensed as the icon will turn green.
