Credentials Requirements:

• API URL Name:
  The domain name for your Zendesk.(e.g., "https://{domain}.zendesk.com/api/v2/tickets").

• Username:
  The email address associated with your Zendesk account.

• Password:
  The password for the Zendesk account.
