1.9 Migrate the RoboShadow Agent to a new organisation

NOTE: Currently this is a manual process, the migrate Agent’s feature will be coming soon to the Portal. 

On the device to be migrated:

1. Stop the RoboShadow Agent Windows Service.

2. Delete the following file C:\ProgramData\RoboShadow\Rubicon\Control\Data\PublicKey

3. In the registry at the following locations, replace the OrganisationId value with your new organisation ID which can be found here https://portal.roboshadow.com/account/organisations.

   1. Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RoboShadowLtd\Rubicon\Agent

   2. Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RoboShadowLtd\Rubicon\Control

4. In the previous organisation Portal, navigate to https://portal.roboshadow.com/devices.

   1. Delete the device using the trash can button next to the device.

5. On the device, start the RoboShadow Agent Windows Service.

6. This will generate a new PublicKey file, and the device should appear in the new organisation within minutes.
