How to enable MFA

1.Log into the RoboShadow portal Portal
2.Once in the portal click on your name in the top right.
3.In the drop down section, click “MFA”
You will then be taken to the following screen.
*If you haven’t already verified your email address prior to setting up MFA, you will need to do so and can do this by clicking the ‘verify your email address’ link.*
Once you have verified your email, you can then refresh the page and click ‘set up 2FA Authentication’
You then get a pop up screen as shown below. Enter your phone number and pass reCAPTCHA to confirm that you are not a robot, then click 'send code'.
Once you have done this, you will be presented with the below pop up. Enter the code which you received by text, and set an authentication name to identify the device you set MFA up on and select 'Verify code'
