2.4 Invite a new user

Invite other users to join you

1. Log into the Roboshadow portal

Open

2. Once in the portal click on your name in the top right

Open

3. From the dropdown option, select Invite user

4. After clicking ‘invite user’ you should get a pop-up asking you to select the organisation you want to invite the user to.

5. In the pop-up, click the organisation dropdown and then select the tick box next to the organisation you want to invite the to.

6. Then, type out the email address in the text box below.

7. once you have filled in the information, click send, and the user will then receive an invitation email.
