Ticket Creation:

  • Tickets will be generated from the daily schedule scan.

  • Only one ticket will be created per application for a particular version.

  1. Updating Existing Tickets:

    • If another device is detected with the same application and version, we will update the existing ticket with the new device information.

    • No additional tickets will be created for the same application/version on different devices.

  2. Handling Closed/Resolved Tickets:

    • If a ticket is closed or resolved by your team, it will not be updated.

    • A new ticket will be created if the same application/version is detected on any other device after closure.
