Ticket Creation:
Tickets will be generated from the daily schedule scan.
Only one ticket will be created per application for a particular version.
Updating Existing Tickets:
If another device is detected with the same application and version, we will update the existing ticket with the new device information.
No additional tickets will be created for the same application/version on different devices.
Handling Closed/Resolved Tickets:
If a ticket is closed or resolved by your team, it will not be updated.
A new ticket will be created if the same application/version is detected on any other device after closure.
