On the device to be migrated:
Stop the RoboShadow Agent Windows Service.
Delete the following file C:\ProgramData\RoboShadow\Rubicon\Control\Data\PublicKey
In the registry at the following locations, replace the OrganisationId value with your new organisation ID which can be found here https://portal.roboshadow.com/account/organisations.

In the previous organisation Portal, navigate to https://portal.roboshadow.com/devices.

Delete the device using the trash can button next to the device.

On the device, start the RoboShadow Agent Windows Service.

This will generate a new PublicKey file, and the device should appear in the new organisation within minutes.
