Credentials Requirements:

  • Username:
    This can be the email ID associated with the AutoTask user account.

  • Password:
    The password for the AutoTask user.

  • Tracking Identifier / API Integration Code:
    Required for managing tickets via the API.

For Configuration we expect High, Medium, Low in Task & Ticket Priorities to be Active. Also in Ticket Category please enable Priority field
