How to Enable email alerts

Log into the RoboShadow portal Portal
Once in the portal click on your name in the top right.
In the drop down section, click “alerts”
You will then see a page like the below, in the top right click “subscribe”.
After clicking 'subscribe', you will get another pop up asking to enter the email you want to have the alerts sent too, and then click 'add'.
After this, you will return you back to the main alerts page where you can select which kind of alerts you would like to receive.
To Enable/Disable the email alerts for the External Scanner.
Navigate to the External Scanner – RoboGuard (scheduled scans) https://portal.roboshadow.com/external-scanner#roboguard
Click the edit pencil button next to the scan you wish to edit.
Untick “Email Report”.
Click Save.
